We have addressed this customers concerns and feel she should respond to us directly instead of posting to the Revdex.com as we try to serve all our customers with honesty and accuracy in our work With cars some issues fail to present themselves when brought in, after customer leaves it's their responsibility to give us a call if they are having issues This customer in particular just called and we scheduled to remedy her issue right away, there was no need to report behavior in which we have no control over As with all our customers we serve quickly, honestly and accurately as possible

Phone response - He came in and signed the documents, so he knew what he was paying, and it is a on time payment planThis was due to his credit, and a bank would not financeThe vehicle was inspected by a third party , and have fixed everything that needed to be fixedIn the end, I told him that
I would take the car back, and give him his money once he gets the titleI did tell him that the car needs to be in the same condition as it was when soldAs far as the sales tax, he has to file the required forms with NY State to get that refundedThat is not in my control

My car is not fixed! It still makes the noise very bad and now my car will not go forward! It goes in reverse and makes the noise when I go backwards but now won't go in drive!

Revdex.com spoke with the company who advised that this vehicle was bought with over a 100,000 miles, however I still gave a 30 days of 1000 miles at time of sale there is nothing further I can do at this time.
