they quoted me a price of $70 then charged $299 and refused my request for a refund
This company contacted me by phone soliciting me to purchase pain medications for the price of $70. I checked my bank statement the next day and they charged my card for $299. When I called back the man became very argumentative with my grand daughter and I that the product had already been shipped and after we repeatedly asked what the return/refund process is he replied there isn't one and there was nothing more he could do for me. He didn't offer any solution to cancel or return this order after charging an unauthorized amount. I have since contacted my bank to dispute the transaction but I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this company with these horrible business practices.

My sister has a 2nd grade capability. About 3 years ago, they sold her many different products from seaweed, gingko to raspberry. This was about 4 boxes (say 4"x12"x12") full of about 100 different bottled products. They sold her these products in about 4 months. They drained her bank account of over $6000. If she would have consumed even a portion of the bottles she received, she would have died. After I called they said there was no refund. With the help of my bank and sending the no-return products back, I thought the issue was closed.

Yesterday, they must have recycled her phone number. They charged her for $249.99 and 1 hour later $249.00. Although I have been monitoring her accounts, this company cannot continue to exploit handicapped people and charge them for products which could kill them or drain their accounts.
