Review: I purchased my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee off of Columbiana Ford on the third or fourth of January with an agreement that they'd replace the drivers door interior door panel, because it was damaged. It's been almost three months now and I'm still waiting. I've called their service department and they just tell me that they're still "looking" for one and let me know that their even checking salvage yards. Seeing that it's been three months I got a hold of Crysler myself and gave them my vin number and it turns out that they have several within a 3-10 day range and that they cost around $550. It's apparent that I have been put off for three months hoping that they'd find one at a salvage yard for cheep instead of ordering from Crysler.Desired Settlement: All I want is the drivers side interior door panel and installed like they promised me three months ago.

Columbiana Ford has every intention of fixing [redacted] door panel. We have an agreement to replace it with a used panel costing $375.00, if she would like to pay the difference to have a new panel installed we would do that also. We have been in contact on several occasions with [redacted] on the status of her repair, which includes the availability of her door panel.

As a woman purchasing my first new vehicle, I truly value the way I was treated at Columbiana Ford. I had been denied credit in the past and was apprehensive about trying to purchase a new car. Ford fusion stalls regularly and I brought in for service. They then notified me thr there was a recall. I received no notification prior to the issue. They completed the work and said everything was fine. Nothing was different after service. Nearly in 3 accidents when trying to get to dealership from out of town.
