Additional information: as one final attempt to use these coupons, I went to a McDonald's yesterday, and while there were complications in using the coupons, the manager honored the coupon. I am appreciative of this. The manager at the McDonald's location at [redacted] S [redacted] Drive in Tulsa, Oklahoma deserves recognition for the way she handled this and defused my frustration that has pent up over the past several months.

As a further update regarding this matter, we have been informed today by the restaurant representative that three free meal cards have been sent to the consumer by Certified Mail in an attempt to resolve his complaint.  The address they were sent to is the address provided by the consumer in his original complaint: [redacted] Road, [redacted].  With regard to the supervisor's attempts to reach the consumer by phone, please ask Mr. [redacted] to confirm his telephone number so we can make sure the restaurant has been using the correct number.Thank you.

However, the charge need to be refunded as I had never received the order and my bank didn't want to dispute it as it wasn't fraudulent.
