As is evidenced by our email exchange, Systemation never mentioned anything regarding "personal hardship." As is plainly stated in the correspondence, the company would not hold the course do to "lack of enrollment." They said that they would not run a course at a "financial loss," but were not concerned with the financial loss to my company or me
As I have further evidence of in email, when I informed Systemation of the total cost for my nanny to come for that week, they ceased responding to my emails and voicemailsThey demonstrated no commitment to pay for the unnecessary week of childcareFurthermore, it is not appropriate to reveal the personal information for our nanny to an unknown party, as that violates her privacy and puts her in the middle of a matter in which she is uninvolved
Obviously Systemation is not accountable for what they commit to in their enrollmentThey did not offer the notice they promise for course cancellationThe company has proven to be undependable and unresponsive, and will not obligate themselves to fulfill the parameters of their contract
