Mr. [redacted]. I have already admitted we did not install ice and water barrier on your roof except in the valley areas. This is clearly on our contract agreement. Your insurance also did not compensate you to install it and if you wanted this it would have been added to your cost. The County of Arapahoe does not require it per their code requirements. This was not negligent on our behalf.  Once again I will agree to help your situation by adding water barrier to your roof at my cost of $575. If you have any other contractor do this it will be in the range of $ 850 to $1200. I have done my best to explain this and I hope you call me and let's get this taken care of. Regards,[redacted]-owner

[redacted],I am sorry you are not happy with my Company. We installed your windows and screens over a year ago (June 2016) and I provide a 1 year warranty for your windows. You notified us last month (July 2017) which is past your warranty period, of a missing screen on one of your windows. I tried...

to help you by sending my repairman to replace 1 screen, FREE of CHARGE and you sent him away because you changed your mind when he arrived. I offered to send him back out again, but would charge you a trip charge of $70 for his time (basically the cost of the screen) which you would not accept. We have exhausted every measure in trying to satisfy your request. Sorry this did not end on better terms. [redacted]-Owner

repairman also reported that a few areas looked like really old water spots. There was a foot of snow still on his roof at inspection due to our heavy record snow in March of 2016. To correct this problem we offered to install ice and water barrier over the eve areas of his house. Mr. [redacted] wants us to install ice and water barrier at no cost to him. When a contract was signed with Mr. [redacted] it was due to an Insurance claim. Our contract clearly shows we installed ice and water barrier in the valley's and not over the eve area of the roof. It is not a code requirement and his Insurance did not pay for the installation of ice and water barrier.  The City inspector also approved our roof installation. I offered to install ice and water barrier at our cost to help solve the problem. On a side note:  Prior to us installing the roof Mr. [redacted] was paid $6000 to repair water damage to the inside of his modular house.
