Washer leaks transmission makes noises and all they want to do is Patch It Up they fixed it wants but within 48 Hours it started doing it again I don't want it fixed anymore because I'm going to have that problem over and over again and I'm done

Columbus appliance and parts had sold washer and dryer to Mr. on

January 4th 2019 Delivered on January 5th 2019 This washer and dryer must

had been operating correctly for more than 2 months.Recieved request for

service 3/30/2019 made arrangement to get technician in to look at washer

and dryer 4/1/2019 repairman found the spin tube had a faulty seal. Repairman

did not have part on truck. So did return same day with part and completed

repair on washer. Repairman looked at dryer. *** had said that it had wrong

lent filter . Repairman advised that this was the correct lent filter. On 4/6/2019

*** had called and said washer was still leaking and making grinding noise

Made arrangements to return on 4/8/2019 Technician did return to and did find

washer operating correctly . *** than called in yelling at girl on phone

demanding his money back .Girl told him she would have manager call him back.

Called *** back and he was not willing to accept anything but his money back

Plus a $140.00 that Columbus appliance sales nothing but junk and ripping people

Off. Would not make arrangement for another technician to look at washer

To try to resolve this matter.

I Know im right with what I have said ill stand behind it I worked on appliances before I know the dryer is wrong it's not correct in the washer does leak in transmission does make noises you literally have to shut it off before you can let it spin out and start it back up for the tub to actually spin water out I'm thinking of contacting *** sussi

I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set for $600 on 2\23\19 it was delivered the same day when men brought it in it would not power on. The delivery men left and the repair man arrived about a hour later and he got the washer to power on and gave me a quick lesson on how to work washer. I start washing and the washer is making a noise and won't turn to wash or spin. I call the business on Sunday 1\24\19 rep started repair man would be here on Monday 1\25\19 between 10 and 1p. He arrived and I let him see the issues with the washer and gave him the error code3c that showed up on washer. He diagnosed washer and said it needed a motor. Started he would try to go to find one and would be in touch. I feel like they sold me a washer that was broken it hasn't worked at all since it was delivered. Rep did not tell me there was no refunds when I purchased but referred me to the bottom of my receipt it says it. I look and it's in very small prjnt . This goes against a guarantee of their business. They shouldn't be saling broken appliances

this is all correct except we had run in our shop thru mutiple loads work fine sent to home did not work samsung had a promblem with there lower wiring harness working than not working

we loaned the custermer another washer till new harness cam in we have repair washer and made arrangments to return the washer she had puchased

The washer and dryer wasn't working good since I got it back in April and they simply keep lying to my face I went up their twice they been out seven different times and I said that I wanted my money back or refund or exchange they won't listen this been going on way to long since April 4 they they are not trying to work with me my warriis out now they sold me a lemon ?? that simply doesn't work properly it makes loud noise and kuts off from the time a cycle doesn't even finish I've been trying to call them but my number had been blocked the man hung up on me and said that he was going to call.me right back I called at 1045 am no call back so I decided to call him back at 2 pm it goes to voicemail their paying games I saw them not answer my calls when calling and standing outside of the store I than asked why you not talking to me no reply I have had my landlord call they also said that they played me and playing same games trying to igrone me and my problems and issues my main worry is not having a working washer and dryer set I paid alot of money I have four boys need to wash and can't dry my colthes I have been calling since April and not no good ideas for fixing it they said it will.be a money back or exchange I haven't had any it was a bad deal half of them don't work properly or right I don't trust it buying anything else from their inhad a warranty not to.have anything wrong with it it's passed the due date time now I can't keep my kids colthes clean it is past time they always say we'll send someone over here or try to look at it over the washer and dryer over their this is too much work to have them come back over there to have not good service I need my money back and I want it now this been going on way to long to hold on to this it simply just don't work it doesn't finish out loads and the *** keeps falling off of my dryer like 4/4 times smh I need help to get my money back or simply file on them they taken it way to far now I don't want a replacement because I don't no if it would work as it should and just don't wanna take another risk or chance on not knowing they needed to be reported and known of being a rip off they don't no what they'll doing it's just that they halfway don't beat my dryer with a hammer ?? for 20 mins and said it's fixed I need this problem resolved and reproted before I lose it and take matters into my own hands thanks for listening again

this matter has been resolved been to the home 5 times found nothing wrong with washer dryer had broken knob replaced knob , said making noise ,no noise when tech was first there or second owner went out adjusted cabinet fixed noise issue call back on dryer they had broken the timer replaced timer and have not heard back we are more than happy to take care of any issue. did not block any calls techs use there personal cell phones all calls must go thru office thank you

If it ain't one thing it's another with them now it's the washer doesn't hardly work properly making strange as if it's not working right or function correctly as normally doesn't work takes a long extra time to start and never on each cycle first it was two working and one not, now it one not and # working. I don't know it keeps going back and forth, between the washer, dryer goes hand and hand by taken turns simply not working right I'm tired of it what else can they go do about it exchange, refund smh it's been problem after problem with both of them unbareable to not know how long that it's simply going to work and how long? What can they go do to help? Resolve this issue? How do they know it's not going to go give out soon? Why would they sell things on the floor without testing it and making sure it's working before selling a product machine that hardly works clearly that they came up, out and tried it like 6, 7 times already problem not resolved. The loud noise sounds like thunder it's so loud it feels like as if it's going to snap break open or shut off cut off @ any given time frame not all of the cycles working took videos of it several times they also didn't help it, just took it apart beat it with a hammer for 15-20 mins to force it to try to make it work right, and it's still not working right or correctly like it should go be they both have major problems and still needs to be (illegible word) to or dealt with or something simply get's to give or happen I really needed this fixed or to act right for me I paid my money for this to work I expect it to go work half very right decent for me not to many problems, (illegible word ) issues, concerns please write back to me and let me go know as if what they could go do to help this matter this has to be handled way better
