You have sent us an email and made two complaints to the Revdex.com about a story we published in April. You claim there is an error. As best as I can figure, your claim is that the story was written on March 30, 2014. It was, in fact, published on April 28,...
2014.
You also allege that you were “seriously graved [sic] damaged by the date change,” according to your most recent complaint to the Revdex.com. Please outline those damages for me.
I have tried to contact you several times, but previous email addresses you provided to us and the Revdex.com did not exist. I also called the daytime phone number you left most recently with the Revdex.com and have found that doesn’t exist, either.
Looking forward to your reply.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
The question was answered by the business. The business doesn't have insurance to cover the error.

Mr. [redacted]:
There is no such thing as error insurance.
