The carpet cleaning service for this client was done in October 2015. The client did not contact our office until April 2016 (6 months later) to state that her carpets was still  wet. We addressed her concern immediately by sending a manager to her home to access the situation. The carpet...

was damp, but it was NOT from a carpet cleaning done 6 months prior. There is another flooring issue going on that the resident needs to get looked at and that is what she was told. We will not honor a $5 refund. Technicians only keep money if they are told to keep it as a tip, otherwise any money owed is given back at time of service. Again, why wait six months to say she had problems.
