I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowIt is unfortunate that this business believes that the only way to resolve issues between a landlord and a tenant is for the "plaintiff to simply file complaint in small claims court for an honest hearing of the complaint and response" I now live out of state and this is NOT an option and the landlord is well aware of this fact There is a much better way to resolve issues than to go to small claims courtI attempted multiple times to resolve this issue with the landlord without going to small claims court It was their decision to initially not respond to my issues and then to send a letter with innaccurate information refuting my claimsPart of the reason I contacted the Revdex.com was to let other's know that this landlord does not "contribute to Columbus's residential needs with clean and well maintained properties" There is practically an admission of this with the remainder of the sentence that caveats "of course cost and time are always major considerations"This property is unsafe and is in need of much repair
