He has also been a member of Sports Monster since March, So what we do and how we do it should be understood or at least familiar to him A cursory review of our offered programming on our columbus.sportsmonster.net site and/or linked terms and conditions would have answered most questions he might have hadIf he had additional questions, he could send them to us via the contact info providedI checked the default e-mail address and there were no e-mails from ***@hotmail.com
Contrary to his outlandish statement, there were no liesThere was no misleading advertisingMr*** chose to perceive something that suited himself but was not factualThe program Mr*** registered to play clearly showed the times to play both in the meetup promo and our website.
For whatever reason, Mr*** had a change of heart and then decided it was our fault that what was offered did not suit him and expected us to make an exception for himHe was not eligible for a refund and will not be considered for one now
