I received notification of this complaint and am a little confusedWe strive to work close with our tenants to ensure they have a pleasant living experience in our propertiesI do not believe in this case that Ms [redacted] has actually read her leaseThe lease clearly states that the tenant is responsible for all utilitiesWe instructed Ms [redacted] to pay her water bill direct to the city, as every other tenant doesWe also dropped off a copy of the bill for her to seeI am not really sure why she would be upset with paying her water billRegardless, the lease is clear and she was responsible for the bill.I have corresponded with Ms [redacted] and have released her from her leaseShe is supposed to be moving on 10/28/Once I get the keys back and see that the home is cleaned out and in the condition she received it on 2/28/16, I have agreed to refund her security deposit and refund half of the October rent to her as a show of good faith. She has been in possession of the property since 2/28/and just now reporting a rodent issueWe have sent people over to look for entry points and also set traps and put out poisonThe lease clearly states that the tenant is responsible for all pest control, especially since she was in possession of the home for over months before reporting a problem. As far as the other maintenance issues, we just found out that Ms [redacted] had been corresponding with a contractor and did not report any maintenance issue through her portalThe contractor did not report the issues to usWe provide all tenants with a free online portal so they can report maintenance in a quick, efficient and accountable wayUnfortunately this portal was not used and her maintenance was not reported.I do not feel as if we can be held accountable for maintenance requests that was not properly reportedWe cannot repair what we are unaware of.Please call me with any additional questions regarding this matter.Thank you

I received notification of this complaint and am a little confused. We strive to work close with our tenants to ensure they have a pleasant living experience in our properties. responsible for all utilities. We instructed Ms [redacted] to pay her water bill direct to the city, as every other tenant does. We also dropped off a copy of the bill for her to see. I am not really sure why she would be upset with paying her water bill. Regardless, the lease is clear and she was responsible for the bill.I have corresponded with Ms [redacted] and have released her from her lease. She is supposed to be moving on 10/28/16. Once I get the keys back and see that the home is cleaned out and in the condition she received it on 2/28/16, I have agreed to refund her security deposit and refund half of the October rent to her as a show of good faith. She has been in possession of the property since 2/28/16 and just now reporting a rodent issue. We have sent people over to look for entry points and also set traps and put out poison. The lease clearly states that the tenant is responsible for all pest control, especially since she was in possession of the home for over 7 months before reporting a problem. As far as the other maintenance issues, we just found out that Ms [redacted] had been corresponding with a contractor and did not report any maintenance issue through her portal. The contractor did not report the issues to us. We provide all tenants with a free online portal so they can report maintenance in a quick, efficient and accountable way. Unfortunately this portal was not used and her maintenance was not reported.I do not feel as if we can be held accountable for maintenance requests that was not properly reported. We cannot repair what we are unaware of.Please call me with any additional questions regarding this matter.Thank you

We have no open work orders or maintenance requests for this property.I have no idea what the tenant is referring to. The property was just rehabbed and she conducted a walk through prior to moving in. If she has maintenance issues she must submit a service request. Going to the Revdex.com is...

really not a way to request maintenance. Please call me direct to discuss, ###-###-####. This is not a legit complaint. I'm actually really confused as to how the Revdex.com would even publish something like this??? Makes me question the validity of your organization.
