This could have been handle a lot better by this company owner simply by giving me what I orderSeriously, how much are they really losing by giving me gravel they dug up somewhere? Limestone is the cheapest graveland this owner was flat out greedy This guy did not want to compromise in any way I got pictures to prove they ripped me offThis arrogant owner actually had the nerve to tell me that the gravel is sometimes wet, and that can make a difference in weight!! and this limestone was wetSo, as the customer, I'm suppose to pay for tons of wet limestone that weighs out to maybe tons if thatThats just straight out cheating customershow is it the customers problem that the gravel is wet?? seriously!!? Thats like people taking recycled pop cans to be recycled with them full of waterTHATS CHEATING AND BEING SCANLESSjust like these guys I will not let this go until this owner gives me more tons I'm owed PERIOD!! I ordered tons, not 1/tons actually I got maybe tons If this guy would have just brought me more tons after I complained I was shortedthis complaint wouldn't be on here, and he would of had a happy customerBut I'm glad this arrogant owner pulled this crap, because now I can expose this company for ripping people off god knows how many people they have done this to that didn't even realize it So, now everybody will see this and avoid this company for gravelI own my own company, and I never talk to customers like this guy did to meand if they have a problem with any of my services, I rectify it immediately Ive had complaints in 10years, and both were settle by just listening to the customerboth problems were resolve in one hour, just by giving the customer what they wantedthe customer is always right period!! this is why my business has never had a complaint on here I got the feeling this guy will get more complaints now that I exposed his little rip off gravel scam all this could have been avoided if he would have been professional and not mouthy and just gave me something that most likely cost him nothing like I said, I will never give in till my tons of gravel is delivered The one thing this guy needs to think about is, maybe, just maybe, His scales was off or the guy loading made a mistake, it can happen But his big fat ego got in the way, and now here we are I don't know about other people the have dealt with them in the past, but all I know is I GOT RIPPED OFF BY D&R Tarping

This arrogant owner actually had the nerve to tell me that the gravel is sometimes wet, and that can make a difference in weight!! and this limestone was wet. So, as the customer, I'm suppose to pay for 3 tons of wet limestone that weighs out to maybe 4 tons if that. Thats just straight out cheating customers. how is it the customers problem that the gravel is wet?? seriously!!? Thats like people taking recycled pop cans to be recycled with them full of water.
