[redacted]  told me a price over the phone and then charged me almost triple I was told that it was $to come and a lock could be as low as $ I was billed $and I did not receive any new lock Our electrical box was opened but we did not receive any new lock I was not on site and the technician spoke to me over the phone and I asked to speak with a manager He then told me that a manager would call me to discuss before I was billed He hung up with me and told our store manager that I authorized payment No one from their business did call me so I called later that day and was told they would get right back to me I called again days later and was told that I was lying This involves deceit, poor workmanship and the worst customer service that I have ever experienced

This is the first time i've ever done an online review of a business I am doing a review because I had such a bad experience with M.G.L services After reading online it seems like they might go as a few business namesFirst off he was lateafter staying home from work for the first half of the day so I could be there for the lock smith he didn't show Had to call them back and get a new appointment Second time he was late again but did end up comingI called to have my keys rekeyedThe locksmith technician shows up told me theres a $service call fee other then that no prices were shared with me Locksmith rekeyed the locks and then gave me an outrageously expensive bill For how much they charged me I could have gotten all new door hardware installed After calling them and finally getting ahold of the "Manager" i'm still not sure it was even the manger, he refused to make things right with memonth down the road my dead bolt doesn't work any more I called them back on it thinking for how much I payed i'm sure there come and look at it and take care of it Nope told me theres no warranty on their serviceThis company is a scam, I would never refer them to anyone and don't trust them in my house at all Make sure to do research before calling for a locksmith so you don't get ripped off like I did with this shady business!

I was billed $115.25 and I did not receive any new lock. Our electrical box was opened but we did not receive any new lock. I was not on site and the technician spoke to me over the phone and I asked to speak with a manager. He then told me that a manager would call me to discuss before I was billed. He hung up with me and told our store manager that I authorized payment. No one from their business did call me so I called later that day and was told they would get right back to me. I called again 2 days later and was told that I was lying. This involves deceit, poor workmanship and the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.
