I have attached a copy of the signed contract, which clearly shows both pieces of the monument as well as the engraving that goes on the stone. Also attached is a copy of the acknowledgement the customer received by mail from us after placing the
order. This clearly shows both pieces and the lettering information. You will also see the page from our retail price guide which shows the sizes for the two pieces she ordered and the price of $***. At the bottom of the page from the price guide, you will see that the lithichrome paint is $** and that additional lettering is $* per letter. This is exactly what she was charged for. You will not find anything about a vase on the contract or the order acknowledgement. Columbus Marble Works has been in business since 1846, and I assure you we do not mislead or deceive our customers. I will be happy to sell her a turned 4xvase for $*** plus tax or a tapered vase 5x4xfor $** plus tax. If you have any questions, you are welcome to call or email me.

I'm attaching a picture of what he showed me. Which fully aligns with the fact we discussed it and I agreed to his pricing. To dismiss my claims as though it didn't have is truly poor customer service.
I am still in need of the vase.  And I still believe because [redacted] is not infallible either. I would like to split the cost.
