Dear Sirs/Madam:Thank you for bringing this to our attentionOn the Wednesday before treatment Ms [redacted] came into the office and had informed us that she had company of a little girl come over and spend the night Lisa our receptionist wrote the information down in our treatment book and said we would put you on the scheduleOn Friday before treatment (see Attached exhibit) is the notice that was sent to Ms [redacted] and delivered by Security as did the other notice as well as the for her buildingMs [redacted] came into the office on Monday and stated that she did not receive the notice she was asked How would she had known about the treatment for roaches as the notice for prep for bed bugs was attachedMs [redacted] is concerned about treatment but as stated on the notice that a trip charge for not being ready is assessedThe outside company that we use charges us this fee which is then recouped to the residentAs far as Ms [redacted] being concerned about other day notices on other residents door which is not of any of her concern.Ms [redacted] we will make one final attempt to rectify this situation and should she not be ready then we will go forward with posing termination of her lease agreement and she will be responsible for the charges assessed by the company
