was never promised a time frame for delivery of the orthotics. December is the busiest month and due to holidays and lab closures there are often delays that are out of our hands. We did the best we could and he received the orthotics and is using them and has yet not paid for them. We apologized for our delay but he still got the product. Third, his claim for this delay causing him extreme pain and suffering is a completely false preposterous statement. He never claimed to be in 'extreme' pain even before he came to see us for the first time, nor did he ever, while waiting for the orthotics, report to our office that he is in pain. If that was the case, why did he not make an appointment with the doctor? (or can he provide proof of seeing another doctor for this?) Even so, there are NEVER any guarantees with an orthotic or any prosthetic for that matter even as far as alleviating the problem, let alone guarantees on time frame of delivery. Bottom line, his orthotics were only delayed by a couple of weeks, he did get them, is using them and benefiting but does not want to (illegible words) making false allegations.
