I am rejecting this response because:Regards, [redacted] ***I had not cancelled and rescheduled times, this is an out and out lie that no one in this company will be able to proveMy original appointment was made on October for November 13thI had never re-scheduled this appointment between this time periodI left a message on the 13th at 6:that my car had broken down on my way to the appointment - Melissa acknowledged to me that they received this messageOn November 14th Mellissa offered to let me reschedule - but this never happenedI asked twice after her offering to let me re-scheduled and she would not do soShe never said anything to me about a rescheduling fee, I do not have anything stating that there was oneThe only thing she was concerned with was trying to prove that she was doing her job of providing customer service, something she has failed atI was not "nasty" when I told her that I sis not have the time to go back through multiple email accounts to find out when I had sent emailsI did tell her that I do not log my phone calls, so there was no way to provide that informationI did inform her that I thought this was poor customer service, that I should not have to spend so much time trying to prove she was providing poor customer service that I just wanted my appointment rescheduledI told her that I felt insulted that she was spending so much time trying to proof that she did a good job, to the point that she was not actually providing any actual customer serviceI have not have contact with any of the other staff of this business so there is no possible way for me to have been accusatory to anyone, and no one has worked "timelessly" to provide me any kind of customer serviceFrom my first message on the 13th I have been attacked with multiple emails trying to prove me wrong, calling me a liarThe one "attempt" at customer service, re-scheduling me ONCE was never followed through with

It is obvious that this business has no intention of doing anything but continue to lie
I was told to call to discuss the phone calls and the emails they claim to have never received as a condition on possibly reschedulingThis is when I told her I did not have time to waste on her trying to prove her customer service abilities
When I questioned re-scheduling a second time I was ignoredWhen I commented on the fact that I was ignored all I received was a snarky "call the store"
It wasn't until this business lied to the Revdex.com about me continuously re-scheduling my appointment that I posted a negative review elsewhereSomething that I will continue to do so that everyone knows what to expect if they try to business with this company
My original request was to have my money refundedIt's obvious that the only thing this company wants to do is to continue arguing that they provide good customer service, which is not the caseThe final example of that being that they have now lied to the Revdex.com twice about me
As I will not continue to indulge their desire to their insistence of this - I will not respond again, as any other response from them will more than likely contain more liesThat being said it can be assumed that I will reject any further response for the lies it containIt is been proven obvious that the only thing this company is "good at" is trying to prove they have good customer service (without actually providing it)

This was the customers 3 time rescheduling with us after canceling last minute and our company dispatching a paid instructor.  On the last attempt she left a frantic message that could not be understood and we explained that to the customer.  She now claims in this complaint that her car...

broke down which was not her reason for canceling to us. This is new information.  She insisted she left multiple emails and phone calls which is not true.  We asked her to let us know approximately when she left these messages and emails so we could look into it as we take our customer care very seriously.  She could not, and got even more frustrated.  We simply asked when (what day) these messages were left so we could check wth the staff and ask them why her calls were not returned.  She then nastily exclaimed "I dont have time to check and see when I left those messages"  Clearly she had not which is irrelevant.  We offered on numerous occasions to reschedule her sessions a third time.  We also clearly have in an electronically signed document that we have a rescheduling fee.  We have not done anything unethical.  Im afraid this person has been irrational and unreasonable.  She has been accusatory toward my staff that work tirelessly to provide the best possible customer service in the industry.

When making an online booking, the customer must agree to the Terms and Conditions before submitting payment.  Attached is a copy of what what Ms. [redacted] agreed to before continuing on to payment.  Our online booking closes out when our Friday day of business closes. We have made arrangements for staff to be at the location where the customer has booked (which is not the same as our store location).  All online bookings generate a general response message since we offer numerous classes. We only have access to emails through the weekend and not voicemails for the store.  Voicemails are checked first thing on Monday when staff comes in.  Ms. [redacted]'s appointment was at a location away from the store, hence the reason we ask for bookings to be canceled 72 hours so we can contact the instructor not to show up to a location.Ms. [redacted] was asked to call the store to rebook and stated she worked two jobs and did not have time to make a phone call.  Since then she has issued negative web ratings ranting about ill customer service.We will gladly rebook her if she would like.  However, we have paid an instructor for the time he was at the pool to meet her.  I cannot ask an instructor not to be paid for their time when he was prepared and ready for her appointment.  We have over 60 staff members working at numerous locations through the city.Again, if Ms. [redacted] would like to rebook she will need to call the store.
