Billing Dept lacks the ability or will to credit over payments along with keeping good records of co-pays made in their office. Have repeatedly talked to the billing Dept. with NO corrections made to my account nor returned of phone calls. STILL WAITING...

I am in the process of trying to reach out to the patient's wifeI have left a message for her to return my call explaining the posting issue with the previous billing companyIf there has been a discrepancy we have no issue with refunding any monies paid over the amount due
