Finally! We have the information we needed, although Ms. [redacted] left out some very important details.The windows were sold to her via [redacted], doing business as [redacted]. He lived next door to her at the time. Using the information she provided with the invoice, I will order her a new center glass for her three lite slider on FO# [redacted]. However, [redacted] WINDOW CO's warranty specifically states that labor is not included. The glass will be shipped to her home, and she can call Mr. [redacted] to ask him to install it. The glass is NO CHARGE per the warranty.Thank you,

To Whom it may Concern,Nothing has been resolved with Columbus Window Company. To date they have never return my telephone call to come repair my window. I have talked to Tia R[redacted] at [redacted]. I was told by Ms. R[redacted] that [redacted] Window manufacture still does business with Columbus Window and they would need to repair my window. Ms. R[redacted] stated 2 wks ago that she would contact Columbus Window Company and have them contact me. Ms. R[redacted] also stated that she would contact me. Not only has she not contacted me but at this point I have tried to contact her and she will not return my calls.Neither Columbus Window or [redacted] is or has contacted me to repair my window. I was given life time warranty on my windows that is not worht the paper written on. I have enclosed a copy of my invoice, and copy of warranty.This is Ms. R[redacted] direct number at [redacted] who still will not contact me. ###-###-####
