Colville Tire is responding to the complaint First lets be clear that we see Mr *** as our customer as he is the one paying the billI was ask by Mr *** to fix the transmission on this vehicle of which I did I believe that the vehicle operates correctly and haven't heard otherwise
There is no warranty due to Washington State laws about issuing warranties and the paperwork was given to Mr *** as he was the one responsible for paying for the services we performed We did what was asked of us by Mr *** and he has informed that if necessary he would right a statement that he was satisfied with our performance I am unsure of why the owner is upset she got her vehicle fixed at no cost to herself and yes she has been very rude as she admitsAs to the claim about grease all over her vehicle I will agree to personally do my best to cl*** the inside of the vehicle if she makes a appointment at my convenience and leave the vehicle with me for hoursI will only do this if she agrees to be respectful and appreciate the effort that I will put forth I cannot guarantee the results as it is a twenty year old vehicle with wear and tearI believe that one of *** friends has been instigating alot of this turmoil but cannot prove it as she really hasn't been difficult to work with in the pastAs I say I will work to resolve this but will not not accept being treated like in the last conversationI do my best to take care of customers and will continue to do so every day as their safety depends on me Respectfully Craig B*** Colville tIRE

Will Not AcceptThe rebuttal from Colville Tire proves to me they did the work on my transmission  as Mr B[redacted] kept referring the work done to it as 'We'. He told me "we are not certified to work on transmissions so Circle D will be doing the work". Why did Mr. B[redacted] not want me to check on my transmission at Circle D and was rude to me when I said I wanted to know what the damage was? When I went to Circle D, Norm told me there was a 90 day warrenty on it and Mr. B[redacted] says there is no warrenty? Why did Mr B[redacted] tell me my transmission was at Circle D and it wasn't? Why did my truck sit in his lot over the winter for 6 months...some over the winter...without the transmission? If Circle D did the work, I would have had my truck back within 2 months with the warrenty and paperwork. Mr C[redacted] does not own that truck, I do, so his satisfaction or lack of is irrelevant. Mr C[redacted] did not drive the truck, he told me Mr B[redacted] did before it was returned to me..with no gas in it along with the 'dump and run'. As far as me being rude, the only time I was rude was over the phone when my truck was returned because Mr B[redacted] did not even have the courtesy to bring me the keys, paperwork and warranty. I was alerted to Mr B[redacted] by his receptionist when I came to check on my truck, in a loud voice as 'Red Truck'. This way he knew I was there and was 'always busy'. As far as my 'friend', this happens to be my home health care worker and she never spoke a word and was only doing her job by going inside with me. I feel this whole ordeal was fraudulent and very deceptive on Mr B[redacted]s part. Especially with the 'work order' that Colville Tire did all the work and no one else did. Therefore I feel I don't know if the transmission is mine or swapped out for the one I refused Mr C[redacted] to use and feel Mr B[redacted] would have used it as he and Mr C[redacted] are good friends. According to Mr C[redacted], he told me he has a private charge account with Mr B[redacted] and he is only one of four to have that privilege. So therefore I suspect the transmission is not mine and the one Mr C[redacted] found and was not in good working order and Mr B[redacted] installed it for him. My truck has not been driven, only parked about 50 from where Mr B[redacted] parked it and ran to an awaiting gray vehicle. I don't feel safe driving it as I believe it was not properly worked on and I have no warrenty, only the work order. I still want my truck taken to a certified transmission shop, the Vin # on the transmission and Colville Tire to pay for the work and towing to BDT shop,  as it was brought back empty and pay for inside detailing, and no, I refuse Colville Tire to do it.Sincerely, [redacted]I forgot to include in my rebuttal I emailed to you yesterday that Mr C[redacted] knew Colville Tire was not certified to work on transmissions and said he had talked to Mr B[redacted]. Mr B[redacted] assured him all work would be done by Circle D Transmission and there would be a warrenty. I do have a witness to Mr C[redacted] informing me of that as he was in my home when told.

Colville Tire response first you have made unfounded assumptions of which you have no basis the transmission was removed and taken to Circle D for repairs period it was fixed and the same transmission put back in the vehicle Colville Tire DID NOT FIND another transmission period. As I told you I will clean your vehicle if you like at my schedule and as to the gas situation I put five gallons in just before I delivered the vehicle to you it is not my responsibility to fill your fuel tank. And I might add you expected Colville Tire to operate your vehicle without proper license tabs. Your vehicle was operating properly when I delivered it  to you. So I would even question whether you driven it  more than a mile. You have continued to make false accusations that you have no basis for, so I will respectfully request that this issue is put to rest if not I will seek legal counsel. as you are not the one paying the bill. Thank for your cooperation in this matter Craig B[redacted] Colville Tire

To whom it may concern Ms [redacted] was informed from the beginning that this was a third party finance company and she was given all appropriate paperwork and signed off on the contract with Snap finance. I do not know if should fully read the paperwork but she [redacted] signed the contract....

Otherwise we would have not completed the paperwork. She did receive her goods and has continually bad mouthed and berated Colville Tire employess both on facebook and with a phone conversation  with myself I have no control or authority to negotiate with snap finance She signed into a agreement with Snap Finance. She has even changed her story numerous times on facebook she has threaten implication and acts like a bully. In her previous career she would not been allowed to do this It is unfortunate that she is unhappy but in this particular instance I cannot help her I cannot accept payment for Snap that is the contract.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:This was NOT the verbal agreement that was entered into with the business in the beginning of the transactions.  Even before going to conduct business with Colville Tire  I contacted them by phone and inquired as to whether or not they had any payment agreements available.  I was told that they provided 100 day same as cash for a customer.  At NO time was I informed that a 3rd party was going to be involved that did NOT enter the same agreement, but in fact was assured that it was the same agreement which was 100 days same as cash.  Had the owner been forthright about a finance company being involved who would charge me the exorbitant interest I would have stopped the transaction then and there and would have come back with the total amount of cash within 30-45 minutes.  His employee whom I thought was setting the account up to be as verbally agreed did mention that she had used some third party.  I asked again if it would be 100 days same as cash and she indicated that it was; that the interest would become due if I went beyond the 100 days.  This is the fraud scam that this company employees to bilk extra money from their customers.  While Colville Tire claims to have no part in this third party, I do not believe that there is not some sort of kickback to them once the contract is enforced.  Prior to signing the 8 page contract, while being assured that it was 100 days same as cash, I questioned them about the contract which they assured me was only if it went beyond the 100 days. It was already quite late and we had to get home before it got any darker so we had to rush to leave because they took so long setting everything up.  We gave him $200 cash before leaving, so, if he "no longer was owed the money" as he claimed when I called him after the finance company call the next day that told me that I would owe interest on the additional money, why did he accept the payment?  This sounds like collusion on both parties part, because accepting the $200 one day and the very next day saying he would not accept the rest to payoff the outstanding balance because it was not owed to him is at the very least fishy.  As far as Facebook is concerned, I posted what had happened to me while quite angry.  I did not change any portion of the story later, bur just toned it down so it did not sound so volatile.  I have had numerous comments about both the owner and the business made to me through Facebook which also relayed negative experiences both with the store but especially regarding the owner and his deceptive ways. I would like to pay the outstanding balance without the finance charge as agreed to verbally several times as well as assured that it was the case prior to signing the contract. As  you can tell by his comment about my previous employment, he was already harboring a grudge against me of which I was unaware. Sincerely,[redacted]
