I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: what they are saying is in correct the motor never spun a bearing I had the motor rebuilt by another machine shop and I was was told that the motor was over bored and that it wasn't the bearing it was piston slap which is due to not boring the motor to the right size and that the motor was very very dirty and that it wasn't cleaned properly and I had the injectors tested they are flowing properly and there was not fuel in the oil your making excuses to not justify that you didn't mess it up and it not right you've done this to other and I will make sure that no one in my circle ever idea you agian and I'm also gonna write complaints on all the forums it's not right what you are doing I've been a customer for a long time it's not right

There are multiple reasons beyond our control as to what caused the motor to fail. The number one reason of premature cylinder wall wear appeared to us to be do to excessive fuel, which washed the cylinder...

of oil. There was also bearing failure caused again due to the excessive fuel, thinning out the motor oil, causing the oil to lose its viscosity. The rear main engine seal was installed improperly and was leaking which can cause a low oil situation and premature engine bearing wear. [redacted] supplied all parts for the engine build and admitted to using the incorrect oil for the initial break-in procedure. Due to our findings we feel that we are not responsible for the damage done to his high performance, turbo-charged engine.

Review: They built an engine for me but it was done improperly and after 300 miles the motor had a knock and instead of repairing it told me that it was my fault and I was going to cost more money to repair when I had another person look at it and they said it was a issue due to the way the motor was assembled and it was looked at by another professionalDesired Settlement: I was going to let them repair it but after all the aggravation I rather just get my money and go to someone that actually knows how to work on this style engine
