Complainant took delivery of her car on 09/29/The terms of the sale were as/iswith an additional day Listed Coverage Power train only Service PlanThe customer started complaining about her car stalling about weeks after delivery.We brought the car in but despite numerous attempts both with the customer coaching us on how it happened and afterwards on our own, we were never able to replicate her claimed issueOn one phone call she wanted me to pay her bill at another Service facility even though, by her own statement, they were unable to fmd her problem either.The stalling issue is also the ONLY issue she ever brought the car in for or spoke of to usThis leads to her final appointment on·12/09/She never showed upSince that time she has not responded to numerous attempts to contact her nor has she attempted to contact us.My conclusion is one of "Buyers Remorse"We tried several times in her presence and on our own to replicate her claims with zero successBy her own admission an Independent Service Facility was also unable to replicate her claimI strongly feel this customer changed her mind after delivery and this was her clumsy attempt to make it happen.Feel free to contact us if further clarification is needed.Sincerely, Debra [redacted] , Owner Colvin Sales

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In response to my message she implied that I'm a liar and that there is nothing wrong with the truck. Yet on multiple occasions I have brought the truck, that I love and would be upset to get rid of, in for repairs and nothing has been done. After the initial purchase, I had the truck looked over by a mechanic and there was a laundry list of things wrong with the truck. Upon review of said work, it was discovered nothing was corrected and still to this day, it has still not been finished. The vehicle was illegally inspected. I love my truck. But customer service and ownership of this dealership is trash. A paying customer is never wrong. And it would better the situation if I was not accused of lying. In review, the level of disrespect and arrogance shows that this dealer is not reputable.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Regards,[redacted]
