First we would like to say we appreciate all of our customers and make it a priority to ensure their satisfaction during their experience here and on the lakeDuring the ***'s vacation, theydid in fact rent a pontoon boat from usWe were very sorry to hear there was a mechanical issue with the
boat they were onWe acted in good faith by offering them a larger, faster ski boat in it's place, as our other pontoons were rented for the dayOf course, there is some time involved in getting a second boat out to a party already on the water, and transferring them and their belongings to the second boatWe credited back half of the gas that the ***'s used that day, as compensationThough they were inconvenienced by having to wait on the water, they did in fact use the boats for nearly a full day's rentalThe ***'s disputed amount as we understand is $As we have already refunded the $30.00, we are happy to offer the ***'s an additional $refund, which we will credit tomorrowAgain, we value all of our customers and always strive to exceed expectationsSincerely, *** *** Jocassee Outdoor Center *** *** *** Road ***, SC
