Kevin P. the owner ( British accent) is all talk. He is a con artist. I heard him to build me a wine cellar over a year ago. I have been prepared to proceed for over 6 months. He is clearly over committed. His contract is very front loaded ( requires large deposits prior to installation). I have made countless attempts to contact him without resolution. I will proceed with legal action.

directly. The raised areas in the vinyl flooring are now flat. The floor is fine. I told her it would be after the summer came.
