done (without payment) which was not included in the contract.Client demands for a door lock to be installed, back splash in cabinets, etc. This work is not included in the contract. The client is also complaining of the job site being left in unsatisfactory condition as well as touch ups that were damaged- please keep in mind our company cleans up fully after ourselves at every job site as it is part of our job and necessary to do so.At the time of our job, there were electricians from other company's working at the job site. Aandebrothers Ltd. is not responsible for electrical wiring faults done by another company. If there were any unsatisfactory work that was not completed, it should have been mentioned during the full inspection by the client and during the last payment provided by the customer as they were fully satisfied with the work during the last inspection other than the extras they were requesting outside the scope of contract.All the work that was specified and agreed upon in the contract was finished. Any additional work decided by the client was bought upon extra work documents and signed for as well. All in all, client is demanding additional work to be done for free of cost. Which as stated in the contract, anything outside of the scope of agreement will be extra fee.
