After speaking to American Honda, they have agreed to reimburse the customer the amount of this repair, $326.07. Hopkins Honda will credit the customer's credit card for this amount. We talked to the customer yesterday, and we are all in agreement that this is an acceptable solution. We consider this matter to be closed. Thank you for your assistance.

We spoke to Mr [redacted] on Monday, February 27th. Because the contract is between American Honda Finance and Mr. [redacted] we can not rewrite the terms of that contract. We facilitate these contracts as they are written on behalf of American Honda Finance. We did come to the agreement that if at the time...
of termination of the lease from his 2017 Honda Civic (VIN [redacted]) he is charged a disposition fee of $350 we will then cover the cost of that fee. This fee will only be charged if Mr. [redacted] decided not to lease or purchase another Honda product. The attracted document was emailed to Mr. [redacted] and also noted in our Customer Management system and placed with in the car deal from 18 February 2017 for the 2017 Civic.At this time we consider this matter resolved and the outcome acceptable by all parties involved. We have worked with American Honda to get approval to replace the VCT actuator with their assistance. We have been attempting to reach Ms [redacted] to schedule an appointment to have this work done. We will continue to attempt ot reach her but if she could reach out to Jerry her Service Advisor...
