Review: I was on unemployment and was filling out a lot of applications for stay at home and sales positions. Got an email from Com Net Trade rep [redacted] with a job offer of $3,300 every two weeks if I got through their probationary 14 period and would have a company credit card for completing my transactions. They basically were hiring me to be a personal shopper for European customers since they were from Switzerland and they wanted specific things they had a hard time accessing online. I did research for 5 days, looking up the company, employees, reviews and more online but nothing came up suspicious.They said they were sending me my benefits package, details on their license for their company etc all certified mail since the information was sensitive and they didnt want to email it. They also said to use my credit card so that they would reimburse me for every purchase I made and then they would refund me. That I would not use any of my own money during the 2 week period and that I needed to supply copies of the receipts and they would allow me to put in payments with their account details with the approved amount. My 1st assignment I purchased a Mac Book Pro, got the packaging materials and shipped the laptop which all totaled $2,780.77. I was able to put my payment through and the day the payment cleared October [redacted], I got an email from my aunt who is a CPA. I had forwarded her the information the company had sent me 3 week prior and she just got information back. She stated for me to stop all communication with them, that the company was probably a scam. I had already been refunded so I emailed the rep [redacted] I had been working with requesting the documents again. I have not heard from her since then and just yesterday I was notified that the payment I had processed from Com Net Trade had been declined. I put that through almost 3 weeks ago and now there is no way for me to get the money back. Fifty Third Bank said I am unauthorized to make the payment.Desired Settlement: I would like reimbursed, as promised, for at least the cost of the product I purchases and mailed which I have no way of getting back to return. Total was $2,780.77
