On August 16, 2019 I purchased a refurbished *** 1545 *** T6400 2.00GHz 4GB 320GB (S.NO.) SECURITY Lap Top for $150.00 + $12.38 (tax) = $162.38. A day less than a month it stopped working - on Sunday evening. I brought the lap top back at the location of purchase on Monday September 16, Ali Kashan person who assisted me accused me of damaging it - I relayed to him I didn't spill liquid, drop it or bumped it. He called another person on the phone and spoke in their language and said that his boss was very angry and told him to relay to me in order to fix it he would give me a discount. I DID NOT ACCEPT - since I was under the impression that I purchased a functioning lap top. He told me he will speak to him again when he is much calmer and to call him on Tuesday September 17. I went back in person on Wednesday September 18. Ali Kashan took an exacto knife and popped the screen (for the 2nd time) ??? I told him if they would not fix it that I would contact Revdex.com and also report them to Lombard Chamber of Commerce. Ali Kashan responded back to me that I was BLACK-MAIING them. Does he know the definition of black-mailing and the difference of FRAUD?
