I need to withdraw my complaint on this matter on 1/25/16 my account was relinked to my email threw HIVE customers service. That was what I was wanting it did take 15 days but I am now satisfied with the resolution from this company

Maybe you should increase the drop rates for a 5* for the people who spend so much money on the game. The sad thing is I love summoners war.
