Our company strives to offer exceptional customer service to all our clientsWe have reviewed the customer's complaint and after reviewing the customers account, we show that the customer had already been issued a $refund for their most recent charge after calling into our call center on 4/17/She had returned the product back on 4/and was immediately issued a refund minus the restocking fee which she was made aware of during her conversation with our customer service agentOur customer service info is located on the packing slip the customer is referring to, it is also provided in the terms and conditions on the website which the customer has to agree to in order to sign up for the offerWe also provide our contact info on a confirmation page, we send a confirmation email, and it is also printed on our product bottles, so it is not just "at the bottom in very small print" We provide several opportunities for our customers to read and understand the terms of the offer, so claiming we are a "rip off" or "scam" is simply not accurateIn regards to the cancellation policy, we do allow customers to cancel future shipments by emailWe have searched our email database and no email was ever received from the customer using the email we had on file which she used to order the product.The customer has been refunded in full based on our terms and conditions and since the customer is disputing these charges with her bank, there is nothing more we can doAt this point, we consider this complaint resolved and closed.Best regards,Pure Garcinia Cambogia Customer Support

Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for notifying us regarding this complaint However, we feel that this complaint was sent to us in error, as we do not sell any products by the names listed in the complaints: 5X Trim and Super Colon Furthermore, after searching by email address, name,
phone number and physical address, we were not able to locate this customer anywhere in our records To be sure, we could do a search by order number if you or the customer has that and can pass it along Otherwise, we suggest the customer call the number listed on the credit card statement and/or the order receipt for more information on the company that sold them these products.For now, we will consider this matter closed, but of course we are willing to help investigate further if need be, so please let us know if we can be of further assistance.Sincerely,Pure Garcinia Cambogia Customer Service

Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for notifying us regarding this complaint. Our records show that trial orders were placed for Garcinia Cambogia Supreme and Green Coffee Supreme Cleanse on 4/27/16, and that the terms of the trial offer were explained to the customer before placing the
orders. Since the customer did not call us before the end of the trial period to cancel, she was charged for the full price of the product. Regardless, due to the customer’s special circumstances and in our effort to provide ongoing excellent customer service, the customer will be receiving two full refunds of $and $on the card used to pay for the original order. Depending on the customer’s bank, it can take anywhere from to *business* days from today to receive the refund. Our company strives to provide exceptional customer service. We have investigated the customer's account and it shows that the customer had disputed the charges with her bank and never contacted our customer support in order to cancel the trial. If we had received a call or email to our 24/7...

customer support, we would have been able to assist the customer appropriately, but were never given that chance. We correctly sent her account to collections based on our terms and conditions. However, we have gone ahead and had the collections company to have the customer's account removed. So the customer will not have her credit affected and no longer has any outstanding balance due to our company. With this action, we consider this complaint satisfactorily resolved and closed.Sincerely.Pure Garcinia Cambogia Supreme Customer Service

im happy im getting a full refund but im beyond irritated you guys made me take these lengths to get it. You guys should of just refunded my money from the begining and I wouldnt of had to bring the Revdex.com into it.Revdex.com:
