Thank you for informing us of a contact you received.  We received a follow-up email from [redacted] [redacted] on March ** asking for the status of her coupon.  We responded the same day informing her that it will take up to 3 weeks to receive the enclosure.  We can...

Review: I have purchased the Just For Men beard and mustache color kit for over 5 years now and have not had a problem. I purchased a kit at a Target and when I started to use it the tube with the color at the end was opened and the gel was black (supposed to be medium brown). It stained the counter but was able to clean it. Basically all I wanted was a replacement since clearly the product I purchased was defective. I email and contacted the company and never got a response almost a month. I have tried numerous times to contact by phone but have been left on hold for more than 20 minutes and never get a person to answer. I thought I would get better customer service but it seems like no one replies and do not stand behind their product.Desired Settlement: I basically would like a replacement of the product.

Review: used this product and it caused redness and rash and I have used it before and nothing happen. now I have a red rash under my beard and redness. I half to work in public its sucks because it shows ans it itches. there product and the dye they use caused this and it may of damaged my skin .Desired Settlement: I want a refund and want compensation or need for medicine I will half to get if it does not heal. need a check from them for damages.
