I am rejecting this response because:
I have seen all the paper work from CES before and still did not see what I asked for, inspection of my property prior to delivery and proof of delivery (delivery ticket from truck) The ces business did not stand up to their verbal agreement as a first time customer and if their driver that they hired) did not do his job, that is not customers problem except that it is not safe to not do inspections

Her property location was told to be 3466 Route 209, Ellenville NY 12428. This was for an outside/above ground 275 gallon tank. She...

requested 150 gallons only, this delivery was to be cash on delivery. Since we were making this delivery to this property for the first time, our driver was to inspect her system upon delivery and collect the balance. On 9/16/13, our driver made this requested delivery. Unfortunately, with an error made by our driver, he made this delivery without an inspection, and did not collect payment for it. On 9/16/13, at 12:14PM, the driver called our office to state the printer was jammed and he could not leave the delivery ticket.On 10/1/13, had called Mrs [redacted] for the balance of $603.25. When I called I had spoken to her husband. He questioned why an inspection wasn't done and if the delivery was made. He stated they waited till 12pm that day and they left the home. I explained to him the driver arrived at 12:05 approximately. He requested for me to send him an invoice for the balance due and he would send in payment in full. An invoice was mailed that day.10/8/13, had called to confirm if the invoice was received and payment was mailed, no return call.10/15/13 called again and mailed a certified letter RRR stating that if payment wasn't received in 5 days, her account would be referred to Collections. Still no response, however on 10/17/13 the RRR card was returned signed by [redacted].10/17/13 Mrs [redacted] called and questioned the delivery since no bill was left at her home, We told her that we can provide the GPS coordinate of where our driver was including a map. Sheagreed and said if we can provide this proof that she would pay the balance. On 10/17/13 emailed her the requested information.After several calls to her for payment, her account was sent to collections and to date it still has not been paid. It is our understanding that the Collection agency has reported this balance to her credit report. Once the balance is paid in full, the balance due will be reported as paid in full to the credit reporting agency.Regards, Dawn S[redacted] Credit Department
