accurate and timely billing services in a satisfying manner to the patients of Rochester Radiology.Our review of the patient's account has resulted in these findings:The date of service 11/15/2014 was filed originally to Blue Cross! Blue Shield; they denied the claim for no coverage.Ms. [redacted] called on 03/03/2015, to update her insurance.We refiled the claim on 03/03/2015 to Ms. [redacted] correct insurance; they processed and paid on 04/02/2015.As a result of these findings, we have taken the following corrective actions:A refund in the amount of $74.00 was mailed out to Ms. [redacted] on 07/30/2015.We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused Mr. [redacted].
