I have a work site policy with Combine Insurance. I had a double mastectomy for breast cancer on Sept 7. I submitted my document to combined since then. It seems that so information has been missing since I completed my claim. They state it take two weeks for every documents to be submitted in the system. I call them frequently to find out if anything is ok and they tell me yes. October 10 I called them and now they telling me they need more documents from my doctor. I then called my doctor to make sure all the necessary documents they ask for is submitted. I call them back two days later they stated they received the item every thing is ok. On November 3 they tell me again the need more documents from my medical doctor. I called my doctor to make sure he forward what's needed so I can get this claim done. I called them on November 14 and they stated everything is ok. I called back on the 14 for them to tell me that I need more information from my Breast surgeon and my plastic surgeon. They received the information they need three weeks prior why couldn't they tell me that wasn't what the needed
