[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I was never told the subfloor was rottingIf your guys wiped down the interior, why was/is there mud on my walls? Also, why would their be nails left on my floor if it was vacuumed with a HEPA vacuum?My apologies that I miss understood what credentials you threw around at the beginning of our meetings regarding FHA homesThe pipes weren't leaking inside, they were leaking under the houseOne leak was directly on wood, and the wood was soaking wetAlso, my home STILL smells like mold when the vents come onMy very concern I had before we had our last exchange in personSomething you confirmed was taken care ofSo now I have to figure out what to do about mold still being in my ventilation system while its out and important for us to keep our a/c on so our crawl can be climate controlled.

*** ***, we apologize that Memorial Day was a great expectation to start your project given your timeline.On Wednesday evening as your project wrapped up you placed a call to my cell phone explaining the issue of the foul language from one of our EmployeesThe Employee was reprimanded and
lost paid timeAs an owner I never made excuses for the foul language used at your home and I informed you that it was unacceptable.We hepa vacuumed your interior and did an anti microbial wipe down of the surfaces inside the home following the IICRC SWe did not use nails on your project so there should not have been nails from AdvantaClean on your property.As you have stated previously in this complaint your family was not living in the home while the Mold Remediation was taking placeAs a company we could not see any visible leaking in your plumbingYou were not living in the home and your water was not running at the time of RemediationWe informed you before Remediation took place that parts of your subfloor would need replaced due to rotting.AdvantaClean is not certified in FHA homes and we are unaware of any certifications for mold remediation dealing with FHA homes.?
