Please see the attached My father-in-law never spoke to you about this, I was the one who spoke to your employees You'll also notice the attached bank statements showing that the transaction was placed by me (not my father-in-law) and returned on the same card that is also mine (not my father-in-law) I've blurred out the other information in fear of future attacks by MrC*** Also attached are pictures of the double gasket, it's not "thought" there was an issue with the oil change it's quite evident there was an issue The second picture is 100% of the oil on the ground due to Combs mechanics failing to complete the job correctly. The reality is that your company failed do to the simplest of auto service tasks that resulted in all the oil in my engine being ejected through the double gaskets I then had to pay for a mobile mechanic to come fix YOUR issue If you believe that I should have paid to have the car towed to an auto shop that can't do a simple oil change then we clearly aren't on the same page I put faith in companies that do good work.- [redacted] ***

Also attached are pictures of the double gasket, it's not "thought" there was an issue with the oil change it's quite evident there was an issue.  The second picture is 100% of the oil on the ground due to Combs mechanics failing to complete the job correctly.
The reality is that your company failed do to the simplest of auto service tasks that resulted in all the oil in my engine being ejected through the double gaskets.  I then had to pay for a mobile mechanic to come fix YOUR issue.  If you believe that I should have paid to have the car towed to an auto shop that can't do a simple oil change then we clearly aren't on the same page.  I put faith in companies that do good work.

I was so impressed with the service I received here! I was told at a local dealership that I had several thousand dollars worth of repair needed on my minivan. They told me that some of the work could wait, but I had a major safety concern with my CV boots since they could cause my van to "seize up" and cause a major accident. I had my suspicions that I was getting an honest opinion so I did some searching for a reputable company and saw that several people had recommendations for Combs Auto Repair. Not only did they squeeze me in for same day service, but they also drove me back to my office so I would not have to wait. I received a call from them a few hours later saying there was nothing wrong with my van and I could pick it up any time. After speaking with the GM, he said the technicians found that my CV boots were not cracked, only needed some tightening. There was no charge for my inspection. I couldn't believe it!
