The report we received on Ms. [redacted] made her ineligible for residency. Unfortunately, in this circumstance, it appears the results of the report were inaccurate.
Upon receiving this information from you, we looked into this more carefully and it appears that Ms. [redacted]' information is commingled on the national criminal database with another individual's data.
It appears that because of this false information we may have lost a good resident. We will refund "the apartment holding fee" as requested.
As mentioned, the negative info came through the service we use but resides in a national criminal database. If Ms. [redacted] would contact the Manager at Greentree Village - Karyn Del'Pontone - Karyn will refund the fee and provide some guidance as to who might be contacted in an effort to seek corrections.
No one should be treated disrespectfully, and that too will be addressed when Ms. [redacted] contacts us.
