Damage to personal property, (irrigation)
orange cable has been on ground for 3 month's. Service has not been working properly for 2 month's. I called in to Comcast multiple times. Yesterday the cable was finally buried but my irrigation was cut in multiple places, and then comcast turned off the service... now customer service won't accept my call until I pay the bill. But the services haven't worked in 2 months. Comcast is charging me for a service that I have not had. And now they won't even accept my call unless I pay them.........

After the required two year contract, I called to terminate my service. I was told that I had to pay for the next two months of service at $147.92
I am not able to terminate the contract and return the equipment before the sixty day period. I asked where this was on the agreement and was told that it was my fault for not downloading the "fine print" of the contract. Not only is the $147. and inflated price but the only way to get the original price is to sign up for another two years. I have never been happy with the connection through Comcast and this just adds to my dissatisfaction.
