I do not know what else to say. Funds have been returned. If you do not have them in your possession you need to contact your credit card company. We are not refunding this twice

I am rejecting this response because:As a business, you should be concerned as to where the refund went As of today, I still have not received it $is not a small amount of money and I no longer have the product It was returned to you My request isn’t unreasonable I have no way of tracking down the refund I have contacted mycredit card and square up I have literally been on the phone hours at a timeI am unhappy with this resolution and believe you are responsible for finding out where my refund is It is unacceptanlenot to back up your return policy and follow up with a legit issue Regards,

We have refunded this customer the full amount of $ Apparently there is an issue with his bank as our credit card processor Square has already removed funds from our bank and have been trying to send to the customer Please see refund receipt atta attached

am rejecting this response because: I have contacted Square over the phone and they stated they do not have any information regarding my refund.Bank of America also contacted Square and received the same info. I wastold by Square to follow up with Come and Take It and [redacted] is the contact person I’ve been dealing with  at Come and Take Iti have returned the engine, have a signed Bill of Laden of signature, wastold I would receive a credit. As of today, I have not received a credit.  Regards,
