It took almost a month after receiving my initial downpayment of $700 to receive the vehicle. After having the vehicle for 11 days, vehicle was towed.Upon notification of approval of a [redacted], I came to Come Get Your Car on 5/28/2015 with the agreed down payment of $700.When I arrived, the [redacted] had already been sold.Car salesman [redacted] showed me a [redacted] that he had just received.The vehicle needed a paint job and bumper replaced,he stated it would be ready within a week.I paid the $700 to reserve the car and was provided receipt of payment.I followed up with Come Get Your Car several times between 6/3-6/8 following up on the status of the [redacted].Over the phone, no clear answer could be provided on an ETA.On 6/5/15, I went to the location.[redacted] was not available, however his brother [redacted] was.He stated the [redacted] was at the paint shop, he had personally dropped it off on 6/3/2015 and the vehicle should be ready by 6/8/15. Otherwise, they would provide a temporary car for my transportation until the [redacted] was ready.On 6/8/15 I arrived at the car lot, and the [redacted] was not ready.[redacted] was not present but [redacted] stated [redacted] advised him to allow me to use a different car in the mean time.So, I was provided a [redacted]. Before leaving the lot, I obtained car insurance from [redacted].Once the proof of insurance (binder) was provided, a temporary registration was provided as well as 30 day tags for the [redacted] advised the car lot would call when the [redacted] was ready. On 6/11/15, I spoke to [redacted] over the phone and notified him the [redacted] battery was no good, in order to start the car, I had to get a jump each time.He stated he would speak to the mechanic and call me back. On 6/15/15 I called again to check the status of the [redacted] and advised [redacted] the steering wheel was locking and would not crank at times on the [redacted].Again, he stated he would check on some things and give me a call back, he never did. On 6/18/15, the vehicle began to overheat.The car lot was closed. First thing in the morning on 6/19/15, I called the Car Lot and spoke to owner, [redacted].I informed him the [redacted] was overheating and he stated the [redacted] was ready. I immediately drove up to the car lot and dealt with [redacted].He completed the transaction by going to get the [redacted] from [redacted] assisting with having my car insurance switched over to the correct car ([redacted]) , and having me sign the Bill of Sale. He stated I had an upcoming car payment due on 6/29/2015.I advised him due to my pay schedule, I would not be able to make a payment until 7/4/2015.He stated since I am notifying him ahead of time, that is fine. No other paper work was filled out to provide to the DMV, and he advised I would need to come back to have the car inspected.I received 1 call from Come Get Your Car on 6/24/2015 at 1:38 PM while I was at work.When I went on break at 5:45, I returned the call and received no answer.I received another call from the Dealership on 6/27/2015 @ 12:04 PM.I returned the call later that day and received no answer.On 7/1/2015 at 1:30 PM, a tow company arrived to take the [redacted], they stated the reason provided was lack of car insurance.That is false, the car had to be insured to drive off the lot.On 7/1/2015 at 12:15 PM, I contacted Come Get Your Car and spoke to [redacted].I asked why the car was towed. He stated for non payment.I advised him [redacted] had confirmed my payment could be made on the 4th. [redacted] stated "We tried to reach you, [redacted] has no authority to make that arrangement,I'll call you right back and let you know how you can get your car back." & ended the call.Besides the lack of professionalism, my complaint is my car being towed 1 day after the payment was due, after a verbal agreement had been made with [redacted].I do have a witness to the agreement and also I never received a call back from the Car Dealership.This is unacceptable.After me playing phone tag with the company for almost 3 weeks just to get the car I made a down payment on, my car was towed due to them not being able to get in contact with me after 2 tries & a previous agreement for 7/4/15.Desired SettlementI would like this issue fixed. To have to be without a vehicle until 7/4/15 is unacceptable.

On March 11,2015 I purchased a[redacted] from Come Get your Car on March 16,2015 the car started having problems and it broke down on highway 64 which left my family and I stranded. I paid towing fees to have the car towed in. On March 17,2015, I went back to Come Get Your Car on that day I was given a [redacted], because the previous car transmission was gone on the car. Paperwork was done by [redacted] he stated on the application process that I made one amount when I was asked how much I make roughly, I stated the amount, however that amount was in correct and when it was total up the amount was different. [redacted] still put the wrong amount in so that the bank would approve my credit loan. I was told on that day by [redacted] that the paperwork would have to be processed and my references plus verification would have to be made. I was able to leave and drive the car on the same day until March 31.I was notified by the lady who referred me that I needed to contact [redacted] in regards to needing a co signer. I then contacted the owner [redacted] who did not answer my call nor respond back to my message. I then contacted [redacted] he stated he didn't know what was going on. I then received a message from [redacted] saying you will need a co-signer. My co-signer and I went on 4-7-2015, and on that day we both provided him with our check stubs, he began to do the process and entered in income amount incorrect with myself as a co-signer. when that didn't work he then attempted to submit information on just my co-signer which he also asked him how much do you make roughly and entered in the amount that was given. [redacted] did not check my co-signers check stubs he only looked at my check stubs and saw the amount was less than what he entered in the application. [redacted] asked what our home rental amount was and he entered incorrect information in regards to that also. I was scam out of 2000.00 from [redacted] and Come Get Your Car who are now not willing to return my money due to there employee negligence.Product_Or_Service: [redacted]Account_Number:[redacted]Desired SettlementI [redacted] is asking to be refunded 3500.00 for down payment and fees for car maintenance.

Purchased a car on 9/2/15,they told me the only thing wrong with this car was O2 sensors, after owning it for 3 days, had to get transmission checked.I bought a [redacted], on 9/2/15, after 3 days, I took it to [redacted], & they told me that the car did not have second or fifth gear. After trying to contact this car lot by phone, I drove down there, because they never answer. [redacted] told me that if I brought the car to them they would fix the transmission problem, or pay $450 towards my $2200 [redacted] quote. I dropped the car off for them to fix it, they have had it for a week, & are still waiting for a transmission to come in, then they tell me husband they are not covering it. I also decided to call the DMV to see where my title for this car was, since I turned in my plate, & didn't receive anything. The DMV told me that there was no pending title with the vin # I gave hime, nor was my tag handed in after 31 days./////Desired SettlementI would to return this vehicle for what I paid for it, my husband also replaced a fan costing $450. I /////

promised that issues with vehichle when purchased would be taken care of not by my expensewhen I took the vehicle for a test drive I noticed that when I pushed on the gas to accelerate while driving the traction light would blink on and off and it would slow the car down and it had a little kick to it but was told that if I bought the car it would be taken care of if I dropped it back off there also was a big tear in the drivers seat that was promised to be taken care of by his guy who does that leather seat the navagation wasisnt working and I was told it would be taked car of by his guy that has a audio repair shop I purchased a warranty with the car and was told it would cover everything and was misled cause it only covers up to 3000 dollars I was promised numerous times that all these that all these issues would be taken care of a no expence to me and I would be given a loaner car until car was done with repairs the one time I took the car by the shop and they hooked it up to their machine code pulled up of isssues with the transmission and nothing was done except promises to be fixed I have a young lady that works for me at [redacted] that is having the same exact problem with her car that she purchased from the same company and has many broken promises I have text messagae confirming that theses repairs would be taken care of and were not my problem and they would take care of it for me I also took my car to get an oil change and it came with a tire rotation and the could not get the bolts off the front right tire bacause nthey were stripped and rusted on the tire when I bought the car I was told that the car had new tire they put on but do not understand how they put new tires on if bolts are rusted on there I had the plavce were I got oil change from put it on the reciept as well blinkers do not turn off when I need to make turn I have to manually do itDesired Settlementthe solution I would like is to have all these repairs taken care of by them but at a trusted repair shop and they take care of all they promised
