This defensive driving class with Dwight made it well worth the hours
that you have to spend in there to complete the courseI must say that
our instructor Dwight was very entertaining, and made it very manageable

I paid $for next day a.mdelivery of the course completion certificate I completed the course at 11:pm on Thursday Jun I received notification that my document shipped on Friday July Overnight, regardless of weekend, is Saturday and I confirmed that *** delivers on Saturday As confirmed by the *** tracking number the document will not be delivered until Tuesday July I requested a refund of the overnight delivery fee from the company via email and they contacted me and said overnight does not mean overnight according to their schedule and because a holiday was involved an even further delay This would have been the same delivery date had I not paid for overnight a.mdelivery The company would not refund the additional $fee There is no ambiguity in the word "overnight" and collecting a fee for overnight delivery and decitful Since the carrier used does deliver on Saturdays I should not have to make special arrangements I could have driven

Just finished a Defensive Drivers class with Chuck *** in Humble Things have changed in the last years and this was a great class for learning and still remained light of heart and enjoyable No one fell asleep with all the details which included lots of laughter He's a great teacherYou need to tip him $ I give a star rating as back in the old days it was a day dredge and horrible This was worth the cost and the education Still hoping it will be another years before I get another ticket, if everI will spread the word Thanks

Comedy Driving is not following its own privacy policy which states, "We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information."
Since I took their course, I have received many advertising mail pieces from other defensive driving companiesI emailed them to complain and they told me, "Normally there are two flyers sent out within a short time so you may get another." In essence, they are admitting they violated their own policy, sharing my information with third parties

Ms. [redacted] We do request the names of individuals that need to take defensive driving from around 250 courts each month.  We mail out only our business flyers to those individuals that received tickets after receiving that information from the courts. We would never mail out our competitors...

advertisements and would never sell the information to our competitors so they would gain from our hard work gathering the information.   We have never sold the information that we collect from the courts and we have never sold the information of our own clients - ever!!!   Many defensive driving companies buy the names of the individuals that need to take a class directly from the courts as part of the freedom of information act, and mail out flyers as part of their advertising process.  Additionally other defensive driving companies would have no interest in buying the names of those individuals that have already taken a class are in the process of taking the class, because that customer has finished the process of the defensive driving.
