Ms [redacted] We do request the names of individuals that need to take defensive driving from around courts each month We mail out only our business flyers to those individuals that received tickets after receiving that information from the courtsWe would never mail out our competitors advertisements and would never sell the information to our competitors so they would gain from our hard work gathering the information We have never sold the information that we collect from the courts and we have never sold the information of our own clients - ever!!! I paid $for next day a.mdelivery of the course completion certificate I completed the course at 11:pm on Thursday Jun I received notification that my document shipped on Friday July Overnight, regardless of weekend, is Saturday and I confirmed that [redacted] delivers on Saturday As confirmed by the [redacted] tracking number the document will not be delivered until Tuesday July I requested a refund of the overnight delivery fee from the company via email and they contacted me and said overnight does not mean overnight according to their schedule and because a holiday was involved an even further delay This would have been the same delivery date had I not paid for overnight a.mdelivery The company would not refund the additional $fee There is no ambiguity in the word "overnight" and collecting a fee for overnight delivery and decitful Since the carrier used does deliver on Saturdays I should not have to make special arrangements I could have driven
