I am rejecting this response because:I did not raise my voice to anyoneJust stated my disaggrement at the way it was handled in a calm clear manorAs far as possibly touching anyone, I’ve already addressed itI would not nor did I touch anyone inappropriatelyI have asked for video to prove my pointMy date is in touch with me and has also stated it should’ve been handled much more professionally

[redacted] has sent us this feedback in several capacities - [redacted] message, email, and the Revdex.com.  I've already corresponded with [redacted] via email at length about this incident, but I will respond here as well.[redacted] and his date were initially warned for table conversation.  [redacted] was upset...

about this and raised his voice at my employee, which resulted in his second warning.  He then approached his server, put his hand around her waist, and made her feel uncomfortable.  That's why he was asked to leave.  He refused to pay his $50 tab, which is why the police were being called.  However, his date was very kind and paid for his tab, so the police were no longer needed.Many people forget how disruptive their own table conversations are to other guests, so sometimes we need to remind them politely to keep their volume down.  It wasn't the conversation, but [redacted] behavior after he received the initial warning that forced us to ask him to leave.  I'm assuming his behavior towards my staff is also why his date won't speak to him anymore.  We're unable to issue [redacted] a refund or meet to discuss any further.

Most, if not all, of [redacted]’s complaint is inaccurate.  We do offer free or discounted admission to customers who voluntarily join our club.  [redacted]’s friend received these tickets and was given all the necessary information, including the two item minimum in our showroom.  It sounds...

like his friend did not forward the email to her guests, or her guests simply ignored the information in the email (see attached email for reference.)  A two item minimum is a commonplace practice in comedy clubs and is well advertised.  We’ve been in business for almost 36 years now, and we’ve always had a two item minimum.  We call this one of our “rules” but it’s more of a firm suggestion.  Also, this rule applies to all patrons, whether they were discounted in or paid full price.  If guests are unaware of the two item minimum, their server will let them know about it and explain it’s one of our policies.  However, there are plenty of customers who refuse to partake, and we NEVER kick people out for not complying.  The manager on duty from the night in question confirmed that she never kicked anyone out, which [redacted] claims happened in his complaint.  There are several other comedy clubs in Denver and the surrounding area ([redacted] and [redacted] to name a few) that also have a two item minimum, which you can confirm at [redacted].  [redacted] has blasted this same inaccurate complaint on all review sites and is leaving angry comments on our social media as well.  Please contact me if you have any questions or if I could further explain any of this!
