RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me as long as neccesary repairs are taken care of. I do understand having to figure out what name it was under could cause a delay but when I called to ask about buying more laminate the invoice and info was found within a couple of hours but when it came to fixing the issues and us having a complaint it took almost a month for us to hear anything. through the Realtor instead of the resident before he moved into this home in December of When the resident called about the carpet needing repaired after living there for a few months, we were not able to find the job invoice because it was under the Realtor’s name. It was not under his name nor at that time was the Realtor’s name mentioned Eventually we were able to figure-out that the invoice was under the Realtor’s name. We are very sorry for the confusion on the delay for the repair work that was needed for this residence He was contacted Friday 5/26/2017, we requested that he send us pictures of the carpet that needs repaired.
