Comerco Services

unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the technician who was repairing my washing machine, I felt completely unsecured with this person. He came twice at the first time he was rude and remained for maybe 7 minutes without letting me know what is the issue or the problem and when I asked him he answered me that he has other clients to serve and that he will ask for a piece to change it for me, then he arrives the second time although I have asked the company to send me another person if possible who can talk with me and explain to me , so when he came the second time with the piece that needed to be changed I asked him what was the issue or the problem and he told me "I do not want to talk with you ", "please you can leave the room and close the door" so I asked him why do you talk to me like that then he told me " because you underestimate me " maybe this was based on my first complaint about him.
To be Honest I like to much the Amana company and I have most of my machines at home are Amana but for one technician who is ruining the company image I believe that he needs to be coached to smile with the clients and be more human on sharing the issues so the clients can understand and make sure to avoid any misuse or anything as a recommendation but this person was so rude disrespectful and mean .
I am sorry that I had this experience
