I can't add a photo as my camera is broken and not able to fix it.
Again, to find such a wonderful prot. plan for 4 years at only $159.99 is unread of as other companies charge far more & being a senior at 79 years of age, I lucked out of only having to pay $159.99 for 4 years as that would be unheard of now. Prices have escalated substantially. I am glad I was able to find such a Prot. Plan for 4 years at this low cost. The washing machine top cannot be opened so that has to be taken care of.
I was washing clothes which are still in the washing machine and I could not open the lid of this appliance so that has to be taken care of. Kindly advise when this will take place and kindly advise when this appliance will be fixed. Also will need to be advised after washing machine top is fixed so I can pick up the (wet now) clothes sitting at the bottom from the washer top load machine. Thank you.
Purchased extended warranty from 3rd. party retailer and have been hung up on 3 times while attempting to set up a service call.
Hello,First off, thank you for giving us the opportunity of providing our side of the situation.To be honnest,since the Covid-19 first wave, and because we had to let 70% of our employee go for a period of time, a big backlog started to build in our web request for services. Today, even with full staff back at work, we are still processing request from June.The customer called us today and spoke with someone in our office that placed a service call for him with our partner, *** and, they give them an appointment for August the 5th 2020.I called to customer to better understand the file and unfortunately, the customer is convinced that we try to make this whole process more complicated to discourage people from getting service, which is not the case at all. He said that he has been hung up on 2 times yesterday. He did called yesterday 3 times and one time today. Today was when the service call was placed and we will have to investigate to try to understand why it took that many calls.The customer will wait to see how it goes with the repair and see which action will be taken on his side.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have indeed agreed to give the company a chance to make good on their contractual obligations. I would also like to thank Mr. and acknowledge his efforts to resolve this matter.
I am glad to hear about the investigation into the problems surrounding repeated phone disconnections from the service agent. I hope it will eliminate future inconvenience and misunderstanding for others.
A service appointment has been booked for Aug. 5, and I will update the complaint status shortly after. I look forward to a quick and satisfactory resolution.
