I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. Picked up car and the work looks better than last time.

Review: I took my car to Comer's to show him what was going on with my car and was initially impressed. The inside of the wheel well on my car had started to rust and the manager assured me that it could be fixed. I also alerted him to the fact that I am VERY picky about my car and I expected great results. He assured me not to worry.When I came to pick it back up the first time, there were drips/runs in the paint. They said to leave the car there and they would fix it.The second time I came back, the runs/drips in the paint were fixed, but this time there was grit/dust in the paint that they had failed to clean off before repainting the car. The sun also shown on the car perfectly to where I could see a ding to the right of my gas cap that was not there beforehand. At this point, I drove off, but I called the manager and told him about the grit and dust in the paint and also of the ding in my car that I noticed. On the phone, he proceeded to tell me that the ding was always there...that "I just didn't see it because it had new paint on it." This is when the tears began and I referenced back to him that I am VERY picky and that I know of every imperfection that the car has. I also made it known that, at this point, this is the second time I've seen something wrong with their work. He basically discounted everything I was saying and was seemingly insinuating that I didn't know anything about my car or how it looked. I was so frustrated that I almost began to cry right in front of him (as if doing it on the phone wasn't enough). At this point though, he realized I would be driving around his reputation so he said he would grind out the dust, repaint it, and fix the ding. So my car was supposedly rust/paint drip/dust/and ding-free. But lo and behold, a week later, the rust reappeared! They supposedly "fixed it" again for the THIRD time. Three times the car was brought back and the rust has already reappeared again, so I have decided to take this step to get my money back.Desired Settlement: Here it is in April and the rust is back. I wouldn't dare take my car back to this company ever again...if I did take it back, it would be the fourth time going back to them.I was holding off on writing this review to maybe give their work they had to do three times over a fighting chance, but now that I see the rust is already back, I can't go any longer. I have given them enough chances. If at all possible, I would like a refund in the original amount of $600.
