We began working with ABC in the May, timeframe with the intention to purchase an RV productThe model was decided on and a check was provided to hold the product when it arrived in AnchorageArrival was estimated to be beginning of August
As of 9/5, the product has not been shipped to Alaska and has been in Tacoma, WA waiting for transport for several weeksWe have been told the dealer has no control over the transport or getting product to AnchorageDealer staff added that 25% of new orders have been cancelled because of inability to get product delivered
If we had known ABC was not able to get product shipped, we would have made other choicesAlthough ABC has agreed to return our deposit, this does not fix the cancellations and changes we have made in scheduling for the last several weeksIt also does not fix the time we wasted over June, July and August working with ABC Sales

to this occasion, you are correct, I did pay $but I normally just come in,
pay and leaveOnce I got home I added up my total and called one of your staff
members and they said they would credit me back the amount of $2.00-$dollars
I said it was okay thinking that this wouldn’t happen againMy shirts are not
blouses they are dress shirts and your sign clearly states shirt are $
whether you like it or notAs a manager I would assume you would honor your
pricesYou can continue to call them whatever you would like because the fact remains
that I will never come back to your store or a Comet Cleaners in generalYou
stated I could only get percent off my pants and neglected the fact that I
had shirt to add to my totalI understand that I can’t get pants special
with the percent however you stated the percent off were for the pants
only not shirts and pants and again that not what your sign saysIf there were
some restrictions, then the signage should state “PANTS ONLY”Other signs are
clearly markedI would also like to see where that is in the company’s policy
and if it is in fact true it should be stated or placed where people can see it
stating “percent off PANTS ONLY”Your staff told me to come back on Tuesday
for percent off but they didn’t say off what? That is the companies issue
not mineMy shirts are mix of men’s and women’s shirts so I assume my men’s
shirts were blouses as well or did you assume that the shirts were all women’s
dress shirts or in your case “blouses”I stated on numerous occasions that I

The other sign saids 1.47 LAUNDERED SHIRTS With drycleaning. Not 1.47 dry clean shirts. [redacted] brought in laundered blouses not shirts- blouses are 1.97. She wanted crease sleeves which is .20 more per blouse- putting total cost @ 2.17 per blouse. I'm not even sure where she got a base price of 1.67 there... I tried to explain all of this to her and she immediately was hostile and rude.. you can also see she wrote medium starch under her dry clean instructions for pants which is a laundry process not dry clean. She did not want to hear anything I was trying to explain so I just gave up trying. Our signs are stating the right prices. Thank you.

This is what I truly had to deal with, i.e. the back and
forth confrontation. I don’t think you fully understand that I didn’t care
about what you were going to charge me; I continuously said I would pay it.  I DID NOT CARE however I stated that I would
never come to your store again due to your RIDICULOUS PRICES and NASTY ATTITUDE
and that is when you got mad. I wanted my clothes dry cleaned that day, 30
percent off or not, 3 pants special or not, and $1.47 or not. Your attitude
cost a customer.  I was going to pay
whatever you charged me that day however I thought that I could have an adult conversation
with you on why I was going to be charged a blouse price for dress shirts or
why I couldn’t get 30 percent off but only on pants or why I couldn’t get 3
pants special and I even asked you make a suggestion on what would best.  A person has the right to question why? Regardless
of what you were going to charge me I was going to pay for it but afterwards I
wanted to know why I was getting charged for that price.  Attached is the difference between a dress
shirt and blouse! Your signage stated shirts are $1.47. As said before, state
in policy where it states 30 percent off but only on pants or state what the
actual restrictions are. My shirts would have qualified due to your sign. Also
I understood that were going to an additional price for the crease. Now I see
where I got the $1.67 starting price. Once before you guys charged me $1.47 per
shirt and 20 cents for the crease which would have made it $1.67. My mistake!  As far as laundered and/or dry cleaned, I
wanted what your sign stated, $1.47 for shirts and ironically your sign states
laundered and dry cleaned (Both) per you sign, “BEAUTIFULLY LAUNDERED WITH DRY
CLEANING”.  I understood there would be
surcharge for the creases on the shirts but not on the blouse price, that’s
crazy. You wanted me to pay $2.17 plus the additional creased price of 20. cents,
which you are now stating is $3.97, another price within your lies. I said I
would pay but again that’s not what your signage advertised. Your signage also
stated a 3 pants special which I got all the time and that was $8.97 dry
cleaned and pressed, per you sign, “DRY CLEANED AND PRESSED” and I didn’t mind
paying. Whether I could you use both of your advertise prices plus the 30
percent off, per your sign, “DRY CLEANING” or not was up to your discretion however
if you said no, I had the right to ask why? Now if I could understand using
both may have been part of those restrictions but 30 percent off pants only isn’t.
Sorry. You can’t make me believe that.  You also can’t make me believe that my shirts
are blouses. That’s a ripoff. My clothes fell within those DRY CLEANING guidelines
whether you believe it or not. We can agree to disagree and that why no longer
a customer at your establishment. My shirts are like my dress shirts that are
more like oxfords and blouses are more delicate, fragile and frilly. I had shirts.
 We can go back and forth on what I asked
for be the fact still remains that your store is ripoff, you are a liar and
rude and your store isn’t customer service friendly. That is the point! Honor
your signs and become more customer service oriented and you probably won’t
have this problem in the future.

Mr. [redacted] dropped off four items of drycleaning and two items to be laundered on November 22nd 2016. The orders were due for pick up on the 23rd. He came to pick them up on the 25th. At that time he complained about the starch on the shirts and that he was unhappy with the cleaning. All six items...

were sent back to our plant to be redone. I looked all of these items over, the only thing I could find was a stain on one pair of pants. We went ahead and re cleaned all his items and restarched his shirts. He picked all the items up on the 28th. I checked these clothes before they were sent back for pick up. There was nothing wrong with any of these items. This first time customer has called to complain and demanding his money back many times and we have always offered him store credit which he refuses. I feel like we have tried to make this customer happy. We  have recleaned his clothes when we didn't find anything wrong with them and offered his store credit for his inconvenience. Mr. [redacted] makes statements that we are hoping that he will just go away. That is not true. We are a small business that can't afford to lose customers but we also can't afford to do his cleaning for free.

[redacted],On January 27, 2015 I sent a certified letter to [redacted] recommending that he have the shirt tested by an accredited lab.  I have been in this business for 25 years and process over 3,000 shirts per week.  I know what can and can't happen as a result of the cleaning process....

 The problem with his shirt is not the result of  the cleaning process.I stated to [redacted] that should the testing results show me to be at fault, I will pay for the shipping, testing cost and replace the shirt.I do not know what he has done to date.[redacted]Comet Cleaners
