Very disappointed with the serviceWe signed a maintenance contract for a year and of course paid in advance ; when I applied the first service they forgot the date and time for this purpose; six ( 6) months after the second service request on Monday December between 9:and 11:am and simply left me waiting , which shows a total lack of seriousness and above all respect for the customer *** ***

The one thing you hope for is to find a company you can trustComfactor came in about a year ago and seemingly saved the day! My air conditioner was broken and they came in made the repairs and were on their wayThat made it easy to call them this year when my air conditioner started to make strange noisesI asked for them to check everything and give an estimate for the repairThe price was fair so I said yesAs I watched them work I notice them letting Freon out and change a couple of partsSuddenly the price was more than $more than the estimate and that didn't include the sudden need for replacing FreonI felt cheated at the time and refused to pay the drastic price hikeSo they left after giving me the replaced partsA couple of months later a other company came in and found that needed Freon but also found that I had no leak in the lineThey also found the Freon valve loseThey tested the replaced parts that I saved and assured me they never needed to be replaced
